PETERS TORREY Torrey Peters nacida en julio de 1981 en Evanston, Illinois es una escritora estadounidense reconocida por su contribución a la literatura contemporánea LGBTQ . Su primera novela, Detransition, Baby, fue nominada al Premio Women's Prize for Fiction en 2021 y ganó el Premio PEN Hemingway en 2022. La obra explora temas como la identidad de género, la maternidad y las relaciones entre mujeres trans y cis, y fue celebrada por su audacia y profundidad emocional.
