Es autora de varios relatos y novelas, por los que ha recibido algunos de los premios más prestigiosos de las letras coreanas, como el Hankook Ilbo, el Premio de Literatura Yi Hyo-Seok, el Premio a Escritor Joven del Año, el Dong-in, el Yi Sang, el Kim Yujeong y el Premio de Literatura Contemporánea.
